We will make sure that your equipment is adjusted to your company’s individual requirements, and are on hand to carry out repairs and reconstruction work to exposure systems (main focus: wafer steppers). This includes both GCA™ systems and similar front-end or back-end systems.
We also offer various types of new and used production equipment for sale. Unlike most other dealers, we are able to provide you with one-stop sales, installation, service support and user training.
